How much time do I need to place an order?
Everything we make is baked to order so we will require at least 2 weeks notice and would be subject to availability. Please note that order is only secure when payment is received.
What payment methods to you accept?
We currently only accept payment via E-Transfer and full payment is required upfront to secure order.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 5 days notice for any cancellations to quality for a full refund. Any cancellations without notice within 5 days of pick up date, no refunds will be processed.
Do you offer delivery and where are you located?
We offer contactless pickup only and located on the East end of Toronto / Scarborough.
I’m not sure what size to order?
If you’re unsure of what size cake to order, please refer to the Menu & Price List page - this will tell you approximately the amount of servings per size. You can also let us know how many guests to serve in your order inquiry and we will suggest a size to best fit your occasion.
Can you do this specific design __________?
We do not offer character or logo replica cakes. We will use any inspiration photos to make your order unique to your event! Please refer to photo gallery for examples of work & style. We consider our style as abstract, chic, & romantic.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free items?
We do not offer any menu items that are gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free. If there any allergies we should be aware of, please let us know in the order inquiry form and we’ll do our best to accommodate but everything is made in a facility that may be in contact or contain wheat, eggs, diary, soybean, peanuts, and tree-nuts.
